Very sweet and excellent greeting staff, comfortable and better services than a 4-star hotel, clean and stylish setup, polite and helpful staff, powerful and stable WiFi.

The property is well-appointed and has everything a traveler needs. The room on the eighth floor offers a stunning view of the city's skyline. The staff is responsive and helpful. There's a convenience store nearby and a cool rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the access to a balcony and the presence of a microwave in the room. The parking spots were plenty and the air conditioning worked well. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was not far from the center of the city and near the S20 concert hall. the hotel provided a free shuttle to the nearest MRT station, making transportation easy. The breakfast options were filling and the staff were always helpful.

The towels in the room were not cleaned well, with visible stains that should not be present on white towels.

I had a fantastic stay at a stylish hotel with excellent service. The room was cozy and tastefully furnished, making me feel right at home. The staff were great too ensure my comfort and even called the spa to clarify details for me. The shuttle bus service, delicious breakfast, and fast Wi-Fi were all excellent. Despite the location being a bit out of the way, I easily overcame this by arranging taxis with the helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.
